Business service terms.

These terms apply between KPdesign, CVR 41134194, Bavnehøjen 5, 4690 Haslev, Denmark (ApiVect), and the business whose authorized representative creates the account. Contact: contact@apivect.com. ApiVect is offered for business use.

Account and free allowance

Verify your email, choose a secure password and enable two-factor authentication before creating keys. Your initial allowance lasts 14 days and includes 100 invoice validations, 100 VAT checks and 25 domain audits. No payment card, automatic renewal or monetary overage is attached to this allowance. Quotas are shared by the workspace's keys. Creating multiple accounts to evade limits is not permitted. You remain responsible for authorized users and safe storage of keys and recovery codes.

API scope

The product pages and versioned API reference define supported checks. Invoice validation checks technical rules and does not transmit an invoice or certify legal compliance. VAT validation reports VIES responses and can be inconclusive. Domain audits inspect the published configuration described per check; they do not guarantee delivery or certify the domain's security. You decide how results are used in your systems.

Usage and availability

A completed validation or conclusive check consumes one unit, including a negative result. Unknown provider results and failed operations consume no units. An exact idempotent replay within the 24-hour window consumes no additional units. Limits and expiry are shown in your dashboard. Free access carries no contractual uptime or response-time guarantee. External providers, maintenance and security incidents may interrupt service. Implement retries and appropriate fallbacks.

Paid services

Monthly prices are published for planning; paid checkout is not currently available. A paid subscription starts only after a separate explicit checkout displaying its price, tax treatment, recurrence and cancellation conditions. No charge can arise merely from creating a free account or viewing a plan. Published optional overage prices do not enable overage.

Permitted data and use

You must have the right and a lawful basis to submit data and must minimize it to what the check requires. Do not submit passwords, private keys, health information or other special-category data. Do not use the service to attack systems, probe private infrastructure, evade limits, impersonate others or process unlawful content. ApiVect may restrict abusive traffic or suspend access necessary to protect the service, and will explain material account restrictions when doing so does not compromise security or legal duties.

Data and confidentiality

You retain rights in your submitted data. ApiVect processes it to provide the requested service under the data processing agreement. The privacy policy explains account and security processing. Neither party may disclose the other's nonpublic information except as necessary to provide the service, as authorized, or as legally required.

Support, closure and changes

Request support, export or account closure by emailing contact@apivect.com from your verified address. We verify ownership before releasing data or deleting an account. You may stop using the service at any time and revoke your keys in the dashboard. Material changes to these terms will be notified by email before they apply to existing accounts; changes required immediately for law or security will be explained as soon as practicable.

Responsibility and applicable law

Each party is responsible under applicable law for its own acts and omissions. Results depend on supplied data, pinned technical rules and external sources; no result is promised to be complete for every business purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits data subjects' statutory rights. Danish law applies, without displacing mandatory rights.
