Business service terms.

These terms apply between KPdesign, CVR 41134194, Bavnehøjen 5, 4690 Haslev, Denmark (ApiVect), and the business whose authorized representative creates the account or purchases a subscription. Contact: Contact and support. ApiVect is offered for business use. Business subscriptions are available in the countries listed in Billing. EU VAT numbers are checked with VIES; supported UK and Australian tax numbers require verification through Stripe. Other supported locations require an accurate business declaration and tax registration number.

Account and free allowance

Verify your email, choose a secure password and enable two-factor authentication before creating keys. Your initial allowance lasts 14 days and includes 100 invoice validations, 100 VAT checks and 25 domain audits. No payment card, automatic renewal or monetary overage is attached to this allowance. Quotas are shared by the workspace's keys. Creating multiple accounts to evade limits is not permitted. You remain responsible for authorized users and safe storage of keys and recovery codes.

API scope

The product pages and versioned API reference define supported checks. Invoice validation checks technical rules and does not transmit an invoice or certify legal compliance. VAT validation reports VIES responses and can be inconclusive. Domain audits inspect the published configuration described per check; they do not guarantee delivery or certify the domain's security. You decide how results are used in your systems. Company-register access, Peppol transport, XRechnung and Factur-X are not included in the current service. Scheduled monitoring requires a separate Domain Watch subscription when available; it is not included with a Domain API or Manual plan.

Usage and service availability

A completed validation or conclusive check consumes one unit, including a negative result. Unknown provider results and failed operations consume no units. An exact idempotent replay within the 24-hour window consumes no additional units. Limits and expiry are shown in your dashboard. Requests may be throttled when capacity or your plan limits are reached; rate limits are admission limits, not a reserved throughput commitment. No contractual uptime, response-time guarantee or automatic service-credit scheme is included. External providers, maintenance and security incidents may interrupt service. Implement bounded retries and appropriate fallbacks.

Subscriptions, prices and payment

Paid subscriptions are available for the products marked as available on the pricing page.

Each API has its own monthly subscription in EUR. Prices exclude VAT; applicable tax and the total are displayed in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment. You accept these terms and the recurring price separately when starting checkout. Creating a free account, verifying business details or viewing a plan does not create a charge. Paid access begins after payment is confirmed. A declined or incomplete first payment does not grant paid access.

The price and allowance accepted at checkout remain attached to your subscription; publication of a new price list alone does not change them. The base subscription renews monthly and is charged in advance until cancelled. Included calls reset for each paid billing period and do not roll over. Billing dates and usage are shown in your dashboard. If renewal payment fails after a previously paid period, included access may continue for up to seven days while payment is resolved; extra paid calls are blocked. Continued failure suspends paid access. Suspension does not cancel an existing payment obligation.

Manual checks on the website

Manual Free includes 10 checks per calendar month and at most 2 per UTC day, shared by the workspace across the three tools. This free allowance has no commercial expiry. Manual Starter costs EUR 4 for 50 checks per billing month; Manual Plus costs EUR 9 for 200 checks. Prices exclude VAT. These are recurring monthly subscriptions, charged in advance, with no rollover and no overage. Checks stop when the paid allowance is used. Manual checks do not grant API calls; API subscriptions do not increase the manual allowance. After paid access ends, the monthly free limits apply. Verification, MFA and technical attempt/concurrency limits apply to all manual plans. No card is required for Manual Free.

Domain Watch

When offered, Watch is a separate monthly subscription. Watch Starter is EUR 8 for 3 saved domain setups per month, daily full checks and 30-day history. Watch Business is EUR 25 for 15 setups per month, six-hour full checks and 90-day history. Watch Agency is EUR 69 for 50 setups per month, hourly full checks and 180-day history. Prices exclude VAT. Certificates are checked at least every six hours. Monitoring has no free trial, metered usage or overage; it does not consume API or Manual allowances. Paused and unverified retained setups occupy slots.

You must control each domain or have its owner's permission and keep the DNS/HTTPS ownership proof published. Enable monitoring explicitly and choose email alerts personally. Inconclusive provider or local-probe results do not prove a failure or recovery. Checks, confirmation retries and notifications are bounded and best effort; outgoing-server acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Maintenance suppresses alerts without stopping observations. Reports describe configuration findings and do not certify security, message delivery or legal compliance.

At a paid plan change, the oldest retained setups occupy the available slots; excess setups pause. Shorter history can bring forward deletion deadlines; later upgrades do not extend old evidence. Retained reports remain readable and removable after subscription loss until their deadline. Re-enabling a paused domain requires your confirmation. Domain configuration expires after at most 365 days, unverified setup after 24 hours. Downloaded copies are your responsibility. Existing monthly cancellation and payment rules also apply to Watch.

Invoice Tools

When offered, Tools has a separate monthly allowance shared by its website and explicitly scoped API. Tools Starter is EUR 8 for 2,000 document operations, Business EUR 22 for 10,000 and Platform EUR 44 for 25,000, excluding VAT. There is no free Tools trial, rollover, usage meter or overage. Existing Manual Checks and Invoice Validation subscriptions do not include conversion.

One completed supported JSON/UBL conversion or PDF reading copy uses one operation, including output with business-validation errors. Mapping failures, rejected unsupported input, processing failures and storage rejection use no operation. Exact retries and downloads add no usage. Original values are preserved rather than repaired. The documented mapping subset excludes signatures, attachments and extensions. PDF is a passive reading copy, not a structured e-invoice, Factur-X document or certification. Unsupported PDF characters/scripts are rejected explicitly.

Generated output is encrypted, private and available for one hour from the original operation start; you can remove it earlier. The small receipt remains for the original 24-hour retry window. Replay never extends retention or recreates a removed/expired output. Starting a new operation after that is a new use of the allowance. Input, line, processing, storage and download bounds apply to all plans. Download needed copies before expiry; ApiVect is not a permanent invoice archive. Monthly payment, cancellation and availability rules above also apply.

Document Render

When offered, Document Render is a separate monthly API allowance. Render Starter is EUR 13 for 3,000 document operations and Render Business is EUR 44 for 10,000, excluding VAT. There is no trial, rollover, usage meter or overage. Existing API, Manual Checks and Invoice Tools subscriptions do not include this product.

Submit supported HTML or a JSON report through the documented documents:render-scoped API. One successfully created PDF uses one operation. Rejected input, cancelled jobs, renderer failures and expired jobs use none. Exact retries and downloads add no usage. A job has a 90-second deadline; input is limited to 1 MiB, output to 4 MiB and 50 pages. Output is private for one hour from creation, may be removed earlier, and is not recreated by replay after removal or expiry. The receipt remains for the original 24-hour retry period. Rendering does not permit JavaScript or remote assets and does not provide OCR, Factur-X generation, archival or certification.

Optional extra usage for API subscriptions

Overage starts disabled with a zero spending cap. When this option is available, an owner must explicitly enable it and choose a maximum extra charge per product and billing period, excluding VAT. The displayed per-call rate applies to completed extra calls, billed in arrears. The cap repeats each period and includes calls in progress. Disabling overage stops new extra calls; completed or already admitted calls remain billable. When overage is off or the cap is reached, further calls are rejected after the included allowance is exhausted. A published overage price does not enable this option by itself.

Cancellation and billing questions

Cancel before the next renewal through “Manage billing and invoices” in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain its remaining access until then and any already incurred extra usage remains payable. You can update your payment method and download invoices in the same portal. Stopping API calls or revoking a key does not cancel a subscription. Contact support for billing corrections, duplicate charges or refunds; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Where offered in Billing, an owner may explicitly accept another monthly tier for the same product, effective at the next renewal. The displayed new recurring price excludes applicable VAT. Scheduling a change makes no immediate charge or quota reset. Your current price and allowance apply to the current period; old-period extra usage keeps its original rate. The new period requires confirmed payment before the new allowance is granted, without same-price renewal grace. Your extra-usage opt-in and spending cap carry over; the new displayed extra-usage rate applies to future calls. Requests close one hour before renewal. A scheduled change can be withdrawn until five minutes before renewal; withdrawing it does not cancel the subscription. Unsupported or disputed changes require support review.

Permitted data and use

You must have the right and a lawful basis to submit data and must minimize it to what the check requires. Do not submit passwords, private keys, health information or other special-category data. Do not use the service to attack systems, probe private infrastructure, evade limits, impersonate others or process unlawful content. ApiVect may restrict abusive traffic or suspend access necessary to protect the service, and will explain material account restrictions when doing so does not compromise security or legal duties.

Data and confidentiality

You retain rights in your submitted data. ApiVect processes it to provide the requested service under the data processing agreement. The privacy policy explains account and security processing. Neither party may disclose the other's nonpublic information except as necessary to provide the service, as authorized, or as legally required.

Website Audit

When offered, Website Audit is a separate fixed monthly subscription with one page allowance shared by website and API. Starter is EUR 7 for 1,000 page units and one site, Business EUR 25 for 10,000 units and five sites, and Agency EUR 69 for 50,000 units and twenty sites, excluding VAT. Per-scan URL limits are 100, 1,000 and 3,000; metadata retention is up to 30, 90 and 180 days respectively. Retained scan capacity is 1, 3 and 12 GiB respectively, with at most 1,000 retained scans. Each scan reserves capacity for its selected URL budget; export/remove previous scans or select a smaller budget if full. After downgrade, existing reports retain their agreed expiry but new scans must fit the current capacity. There is no trial, rollover, usage meter or automatic overage. Each exact hostname, including an unverified setup, occupies a slot; after downgrade the oldest setups retain the available slots.

Each completed HTTP observation consumes one page unit, including unsuccessful HTTP responses such as 404. Robots-denied pages and technical failures are unbilled. Idempotent replay, report reading, comparison and export add no page usage. Admission and processing also enforce queue, storage, host-delay and execution limits. A completed queue may include skipped or inconclusive results and does not establish full-site coverage. Public HTTPS and static HTML analysis are supported; JavaScript rendering, login, cross-host crawling, rankings, security certification and search-index verification are excluded.

You must control or be authorized to scan each website, publish the ownership proof and keep it valid. Business and Agency include separately enabled monthly starts with an explicit page budget and retention consent. Starts use the current allowance and may begin later while capacity is busy; temporary failures retry for up to 24 hours, after which that run is skipped. Missed runs never accumulate. Loss of access or entitlement can pause schedules. Pausing stops future starts; queued scans have separate cancellation. Ownership setup expires after 365 days and removes dependent scans/schedules. Reports expire earlier under their agreed retention or customer removal. Report exports contain bounded, labelled windows of saved evidence. No crawl-time or uptime SLA is included.

Support, closure and changes

Use the contact form with your verified account email for support, export or account closure. Support is handled by KPdesign without a guaranteed response time or 24-hour staffed support. We verify ownership before releasing data or deleting an account. You may revoke keys in your dashboard; arrange subscription cancellation before closing a paid account. Accounting records may need to be retained after closure as explained in the privacy policy.

Material changes to these terms, recurring prices or supported rules will be notified by email before they apply to existing subscriptions, allowing cancellation before the change takes effect. Changes required immediately for law or security will be explained as soon as practicable. Responses identify the ruleset used; compatibility and effective dates for rule updates are documented in the API reference and release notes.

Responsibility and applicable law

Each party is responsible under applicable law for its own acts and omissions. Results depend on supplied data, pinned technical rules and external sources; no result is promised to be complete for every business purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits data subjects' statutory rights. Danish law applies, without displacing mandatory rights.
